We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies.

Our commitment
Hicks Virtual Solutions is committed to making our website accessible and to providing an experience that works across a wide range of devices, browsers, and assistive technologies.
Standards we aim for
We design and build with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our reference. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing practice, considered as we add and update content rather than as a one-time task.
Measures we take
Semantic, structured HTML with a logical heading order and landmark regions, plus a “skip to content” link.
Full keyboard navigation with clearly visible focus states, and accessible menus and forms with descriptive labels and error messages.
Color contrast chosen for readability, with no essential information conveyed by color alone.
Support for reduced-motion preferences, so animation is minimized for people who request it.
Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and accessible descriptions for diagrams.
Ongoing work and known limitations
Accessibility is never finished. We continue to test with keyboards, screen readers, and different screen sizes, and we address issues as we find them. If a third-party component or embedded content does not fully meet our standards, we work to improve or replace it.
Alternative formats
If you need information from this site in a different format, let us know and we will work to provide it in a way that meets your needs.
